Objective  

To explain the terms and conditions for a refund of tuition fees paid to Achiever League Pro from a student.

Scope 

This policy binds all students enrolled for any programs at Achiever League Pro.

Eligibility for Refund

A refund is eligible under the following cases:

• Withdrawal before the Start of Classes: Any student who withdraws from a course before the beginning date shall be eligible for a full refund of the tuition fees paid.
• Withdrawal within 5 Lecture Period: This is usually within the first week of classes. Students get to receive 100% of the tuition fees paid as a refund.

• Withdrawal after 5 Lecture Period: Tuition fees will not be refunded after the completion of this period.

• Withdrawal for Crash Course Program: Tuition fees will not be refunded under any circumstance. 

Process to Claim Refund

In order to claim for refund, students must: 

• File a written application to the Admission Office.
• Add details like name, student ID, and program. Other relevant details such as reason for withdrawal, etc., are included.

Refund Processing Time

Refund requests will be processed within 30 Business days from the date such request is received. Where feasible, refunds shall be returned using the original method of payment.

Exceptions

• Special Circumstances: Requests because of some extraordinary circumstances (like medical emergency) will be treated on a case-to-case basis. Supporting documents have to be produced.

• Non-Refundable Fees: Certain fees incurred while filling up the Application, Registration, and materials are non-refundable.
