Oberoi Centre of Learning and Development

Investing in candidates selected for the three-year STEP Programme is part of The Oberoi Group’s ethos of nurturing talent. All expenses – course fees, accommodation, meals, transportation, insurance, and uniforms – are borne while studying the IGNOU Bachelor of Tourism Studies. A monthly allowance is given to candidates. The program also includes a weekly dedicated study day, an IGNOU study leave for exams, and annual leave. At the end of the program, the trainees receive the award of Bachelor of Tourism Studies from IGNOU and a certificate of Proficiency from The Oberoi Centre. They are ready to be inducted into the operations of The Oberoi Group as Operations Assistants.
