Investing in candidates selected for the three-year STEP Programme is part of The Oberoi Group’s ethos of nurturing talent. All expenses – course fees, accommodation, meals, transportation, insurance, and uniforms – are borne while studying the IGNOU Bachelor of Tourism Studies. A monthly allowance is given to candidates.
